Your responsibilities:

• You analyze, recognize and translate the needs of the company into useful solutions and know how to convince others of your ideas with your great enthusiasm.
• You map out the needs and wishes of the organization and its various departments at an operational, tactical and strategic level and communicate them to various stakeholders.
• You support the development of requirements in user stories and always keep an eye on the entire process (End-to-End).
• You ensure support and support for the changes that the organization wants to achieve. In doing so, you see opportunities to use future new technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and big data.
• You form the bridge between the company and the supporting disciplines and take into account all aspects of business operations. ICT is often an essential part of this.
• You will support our ERP system that has been implemented for vegetable seeds. The ICT landscape is in full development and you support various integrations and expansions.
• You will work together with Key Users, suppliers and the internal organization on the implementation of new functionalities and the preparation of clear specifications.

To seed your future, you've got the following skills:

• You have a helicopter view, are analytically strong, very flexible and a real problem solver. You work in a structured way and are adept at process-oriented thinking.
• You have a bachelor's degree and several years of work experience as a business analyst.
• You have an affinity with information technology (knowledge of AI/ML/Big Data is a plus).
• You have extensive experience with ERP systems (experience with SAP/S4Hana is a plus).
• You have a broad knowledge of a production environment; forecasts, ATP and MRP are familiar to you.
• You have excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
• You are result-oriented and a real team player with a critical attitude.
