KWS Vegetables is entering the next phase of life, where we are increasingly deploying SAP components available from our parent company (KWS Saat). Each Business Unit has its own SAP Global Key Users, whereby the current size of the Business Unit Vegetables requires our first colleague in the SAP team, to be the first to be appointed.

The further growth of KWS Vegetables will not fly without successful implementations, configurations, and ongoing usage of the SAP system where you will take care of.

You will become part of the Business Unit Vegetables IT team where you will work closely with our Business Analysts, Master Data Specialists and the DevOps & DataOps engineers. Your responsibility is global, so your work will focus on all entities of the KWS Business Unit Vegetables worldwide.

 

Your responsibilities

  • You represent KWS Vegetables with respect to SAP/ERP developments in projects and roll outs according to the blueprint. (e.g. S/4 HANA, SAP solution manager, SAP IBP).
  • You will play a crucial role in SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), in the successful implementation, configuration, and ongoing usage of the SAP system within the Business Unit Vegetables.
  • You will serve as a point of contact for end-users who need assistance or have questions related to SAP. You will troubleshoot and resolve user issues or escalate them to the appropriate support channels.
  • You will conduct training sessions for end-users, to ensure they understand how to use SAP effectively.
  • You will provide ongoing support and training as needed, especially for new features or updates.

To seed your future, you’ve got the following skills:

  • You have got an HBO work- and thinking level.
  • You have extensive experience in ERP systems (SAP R3 & S/4 HANA experience is a plus).
  • You are able to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SAP system.
  • You work in a structured way and can "think process”.
  • You have a helicopter view, are analytically strong and problem solving.
  • You have excellent communication and language skills, both in Dutch and English.
  • You are a results-oriented person with a true team player spirit.
  • You have a critical attitude, and you are always open to new ways of thinking.
  • You are a real go-getter, with a ‘getting things done’ mentality.
  • You are capable to communicate across regional and cultural boundaries.
