Are you interested in being responsible for the cereals sales in the French and British market for one of the world’s leading seed companies?
 
Start with us on a full-time and permanent basis as our Regional Director (m/f/d) Cereals UK & France at KWS Lochow at our site in Bergen (Lower Saxony, Germany).

 

 

Your New Tasks:

 

  • Develop and implement the short-/mid-/long term Sales & Marketing strategy for the Business Unit Cereals in France and UK
  • Contribute to the Strategic Planning processes of the Business Unit Cereals
  • Represent the interests of the Business Unit Cereals within the regions. You will report directly to the Head of Business Unit Cereals
  • Ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives in the corresponding markets in conjunction with cereals marketing and global marketing teams
  • Closely collaborate with other KWS Regional Directors 
  • Represent the Business Unit Cereals in groupwide projects of KWS
     

Bring in Your Strengths:

 

  • University degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in economics with agricultural background/interest or degree in agricultural sciences/agricultural economics
  • Proven leadership experience as well as agricultural and business management knowledge
  • Professional experience in international sales
  • Technical knowledge in seed business preferable; experience with profit responsibility and budget control
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; further language skills from the relevant countries will be an asset
