As part of our ONEGLOBE initiative we are seeking for our Global HR Team a Compensation and Benefits Expert (m/f/d) at KWS Berlin GmbH. This is highly exciting opportunity to join a great team and be responsible for setting-up and maintaining the general KWS Job Grading System (according to Hay, by Group policy). You will lead the framing of the annual remuneration development, tariff and mass increases of the different global salary models. The job will be unlimited and in full-time.


Your tasks:


  • You independently deliver technical / specialised expertise within Grading and Grading Management on the global scope.
  • You will support translating the global grading framework into local systems, while challenging the HR Business Partners on balancing the global KWS salary levels.
  • You ensure the efficient information flow between Expert Hubs, Business Partner and the Global Transaction Center. 
  • Furthermore, you will support the HR Business Partners in implementing worldwide compensation and benefits standards as well as tracking trends and implementing new policies and standards to changing needs.


Your profile:


  • Ideally you have an academic degree in the fields of business administration, finance or human resources management or similar.
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of compensation and benefits, specifically with Grading projects. 
  • Having worked as a consultant for (Korn/Ferry, Mercer) is an asset.
  • You have experience in relevant grading systems in terms of design, method and application.
  • You are eager to develop functional expertise to reach state-of-the-art service delivery.
  • Moreover, you are proactive in providing conflict solutions.
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
