We are looking for an Expert Performance, Talent and Employee Development (m/f/d) with a focus on a Global Trainee Program at our offices in Berlin. The position is unlimited and full-time.

This expert role is not only engaged in the conceptual design and implementation of the program but also coordinates and mentors trainees during the different stages of the trainee program and ensures adequate support from HR Business Partners and Business of the relevant trainee stations.

 

Your tasks:

  • You design and drive the implementation of a Global Trainee Program for KWS that ensures to attract the best young talent for KWS
  • You ensure continuity and proper fit of the program to KWS culture
  • You collaborate with HR Business Partners on coordination and local adaptation of the Global Trainee Program
  • Therefore you monitor current trends on trainee programs in order to keep KWS up to date
  • Furthermore you manage the feedback provided and adjust the program for continuous improvement
  • You provide proper tools for guiding young talent during the program and the transition to the final position
  • You collaborate closely in other Talent Management related topics and provide your expertise into these fields as well

 

Your profile:

  • You have sound experience in talent management and performance development
  • During your career you designed assessment concepts and took part in the development of a Global Trainee and other talent attraction programs
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken), a second language (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian...) will be highly desirable.
  • You question the status-quo and are eager to develop the functional expertise further to reach state-of-the-art service delivery
  • You are known for your good analytical skills, solution orientation and team-working mindset
  • Furthermore your intercultural communication skills are preferably underlined by practical experience.
