As part of our ONEGLOBE initiative we are seeking for our Global Transaction Centre (GTC) for the next possible date a Specialist Training Administration (m/f/d) in Berlin. This position is unlimited and full-time.

As part of our international Employee Management Team you provide effective and highly efficient administrative services for all training activities.


Your tasks:

  • You manage our training catalogue and training requests
  • You act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants
  • You facilitate the organization of inhouse trainings
  • You maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
  • You support commercial processes for trainings from procure to pay
  • You create reports on training activities and results
  • You support a fluent transition of training services to the Global Transaction Center in Berlin
  • Furthermore, you contribute to continuous improvement projects and initiatives


Your profile:

  • Preferably you have a completed apprenticeship or an academic degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • You have working experience in HR with a focus on training administration – ideally in an international Shared Service environment
  • You have good analytical skills and a hands-on mentality to ensure accurate and reliable results
  • Furthermore, you are customer-oriented with an extraordinary service attitude and a team-working mindset
  • Your intercultural communication skills are preferably underlined by practical experience
  • You are comfortable with common IT Systems (e.g. Office 365) and state-of-the art HR systems
  • You are fluent in English and German (written and spoken), additional languages will be highly desirable
