Currently we are seeking an Intern (m/f/d) with focus on Process Automation at KWS  in Berlin. The duration of the internship is minimum 3 months and maximum 6 months.Try your strength with us and gather valuable experience! 


Your tasks 

  • Working together with Business functions (e.g. Procurement, Finance, Global IT) on defining business cases suitable for process automation. In addition to the assessment process you are also responsible of scope definition, requirements analysis and solution design. 

  • Supporting the functions or collaborate in projects according to process guidelines and methodology (e.g. design, build, test, live, daily operations).     

  • You provide technical support to the automation solutions in productive environment ensuring tickets are properly handled following ITSM processes and no business disruptions are caused by Change Management (e.g. system upgrades, downtimes). 

  • Monitor and manage the automation landscape to ensure adequate capacity and stability for daily operations and portfolio management. 


Your Profile 

  • Currently pursuing an academic degree in IT, Business Informatics or a related discipline. 

  • Expected to complete degree by December 2022 or earlier. 

  • Desired experience in the field of Robotics Process Automation / Science / Engineering. 

  • Desired experience with automation technologies like Robotic Process Analytics (RPA) and Smart Workflow Automation (e.g. UI Path, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Apps). 

  • Problem solving, business analysis, and business process improvement mindset. 

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and further languages are a nice to have.
