Your Responsibilites:

• Translates functional business requirements into technical system requirements (change requests)
• Monitors and supports development, testing, and implementation of change requests
• Reviews, assesses, and releases documentation of functional system tests (UAT) for upgrades and enhancements
• Documentation of business processes and process changes
• Supports the definition, implementation, and enhancement of roles and authorizations of related systems
• Performs an expert role within the team for a core process and/or system
• Initiates and develops improvement processes and automation solutions and contributes to their implementation

Your Profile:

• University degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
• Professional experience in business operations 
• Several years of professional user experience and advanced knowledge in SAP and additional functional IT systems (S4, xflow, etc.)
• Professional experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) organization is highly beneficial
• Fluent in English; German language is beneficial 
• Results orientation, initiative and willingness to change
• Assertiveness, hands-on mentality and the ability to work under pressure
• Strong analytical, conceptional, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and intercultural sensitivity
• Digital mindset with strong focus on end-to-end business processes
