Support Success Across the Baltics

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Business Support Baltics (m/f/d) to help drive efficient business operations across the Baltic region. In this diverse and dynamic role, you will take responsibility for a variety of contract management, reporting and administrative tasks, support marketing activities and logistics processes. As a key point of contact, you will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the business, contributing to seamless operations and enabling commercial success. 

 

Your Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate customer and supplier contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 

  • Analyze operational data, prepare reports, and track key business indicators to support decision-making. 

  • Coordinate logistics activities and ensure the timely delivery of products, materials, and equipment. 

  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities, including the translation and adaptation of materials for local markets. 

  • Manage daily administrative processes, documentation, company records, and digital archives. 

 

Your Profile 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Agronomy, or a comparable field. 

  • Experience supporting marketing activities and logistics processes, ideally combined with exposure to business operations, contract management, or project coordination. 

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills. 

  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications and understanding of business processes. 

  • Fluent English skills and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
