At KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA you could be part of an innovative project and will be working on the digitization of breeding-related field activities as one of our Full Stack developers (all gender) at our headquarter in Einbeck, Germany. After an Onboarding phase you will have the possibility to work remotely in Germany on arrangement. The contract will be unlimited and in fulltime. 

What you’ll do:

• Working as team player in established agile scrum team
• Development of web-based, hybrid GIS applications for mobile devices and desktop clients as part of an established and highly motivated Scrum team 
• Responsibility for the conception, implementation and operational business of the developed components (DevOps) 
• Actively shaping a new, more modular front-end architecture 
• Evaluation of the latest and alternative technologies 
• Optimization of existing GIS applications with regard to user experience, performance and architectural evolution 
• Support in the documentation and testing of the developed applications

What you need:

• Apprenticeship as an IT specialist, study of computer science or comparable knowledge 
• Several years of practical experience in professional software development (dependency injection, mocking and continuous integration) 
• Practical work experience with the web technologies Typescript, CSS and Angular 12+ as well as backend development with .NET Core Web API

What you could bring in additionally (nice to have):

• Good SQL knowledge (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge in the area of cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Experience with Leaflet JS, Mapbox GL JS libraries
