Seize the change to become our future Lead of ExH IT Applications Customer Services. As Lead of ExH IT Applications Customer Services (m/f) you will lead a team of three IT experts in the area of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud). Your central tasks in this role include the global rollout of the Salesforce systems as well as the further development and organization of Salesforce as KWS' worldwide CRM, eCommerce and marketing platform. What is more,  you will also assume overall responsibility for the above areas.

 

The vacancy is available in full-time and permanent. The place of employment is Einbeck / southern Lower Saxony.

 

Your tasks:

 

  • You will lead a highly motivated and committed IT expert team and develop it further.
  • You will be responsible for the on-going development and country rollouts of all KWS' own Salesforce solutions (CRM, eCommerce, marketing campaigns). 
  • Moreover, you will also co-ordinate the Salesforce development processes and contribute your own innovative ideas and suggestions to improve Salesforce projects.
  • You will optimize the technical interfaces to other customer-related IT projects of the KWS Group (myKWS, digital services, mobile applications, etc.).
  • You are a mediator between your team, project sponsors, external implementation partners and other stakeholders. 
  • You will be also responsible for creating tailored Salesforce information, reports, and analysis to help the business make better decisions.
  • You will support to align Salesforce project goals with the KWS-wide IT strategy and strategic priorities.
  • Last but not least you will also provide support in complying with and monitoring functional KWS-wide guidelines, standards, rules and guidelines.

  • an academic degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable course of study.
  • several years of professional experience in the field of IT team management in a global company.
  • proven experience in managing large IT projects (knowledge of Salesforce & SAP desirable).
  • you are a teamplayer with very good communication skills. 
  • excellent internal and external customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • structured, goal-oriented, independent and autonomous way of working.
  • you like to be innovative.
  • you are fluent German and English (both written and spoken).
