Then we are looking for you with immediate effect as our new Lead of HR Business Partner Germany, Austria, Switzerland (m/f/d) for KWS SAAT SE & Co.KG aA. As Lead of HR Business Partner Team Germany, Austria, Switzerland  (m/f/d) you will lead a team consisting of six HR Business Partners. Your main task in this function is to ensure that the HR Business Partners provide high-quality consulting services in all strategic and operational HR issues.


The position available in full-time and unlimited. The place of employment is Einbeck, South Lower Saxony.


Your new challenges:


  • You will lead a highly motivated and committed HR Business Partner team and develop it further
  • Coordinate the HR Business Partners at a regional level during the personnel cost planning and forecasting process
  • in close cooperation with the HR Business Partners you will solve complex problems 
  • You manage the regional introduction of HR strategies and programs 
  • You will serve as an interface between the HR business partners and other, functional management positions for knowledge-based activities 
  • You will create customized information, reports and analyses to support the company in decision-making processes
  • You will also support the definition and introduction of a functional KWS-wide strategy and strategic priorities
  • supporting the introduction and monitoring of functional KWS-wide guidelines, standards, rules and guidelines
  • monitoring of job evaluations in collaboration with the Expert Hub Team Compensation and Benefits


You convince us with:


  • academic degree in psychology, business administration, law or a comparable course of study
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of management and HR in a globally operating company, preferably in the region of Germany – Austria - Switzerland 
  • professional experience in collective bargaining 
  • very good user knowledge of the MS Office package and SAP-HR as well as knowledge of the tools of modern personnel work
  • excellent customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
  • excellent, analytical thinking and problem-solving mentality
  • strategic understanding, business management, management and implementation skills
  • fluent German and English (written and spoken)
