Would you like to work on modern technologies and ensure the digital transformation in agronomy, farm management, product development, sales and marketing? KWS Magyarország Kft. is looking for a Digital Agronomy Expert to join our team as soon as possible. This position offers the unique opportunity to drive the transformation of our agronomic expertise to model-based consulting tools on the myKWS platform for digitalization of consulting approaches for growers. The work location is in Hungary, furthermore this exciting position will be permanent and full-time.

Your tasks:

•    Building a comprehensive and compatible data set which allows using general and specific analytics
•    Cooperation in the further development of the consulting platform myKWS as well as various connected global systems 
•    Project responsibility for the further development of various precision farming tools and other connected IT projects
•    Supporting the Sales and marketing teams with digital tools/apps in product positioning and seed placement
•    Knowledge sharing and establish of competence in digital farming for KWS
•    Supporting potential Grower Risk mitigation tools with environmental data and professional expertise like Emergency insurance in OSR or KWS Weather Shield service 

Your profile:

•    Engineering degree in Agronomy / Digital Agronomy or from a related field
•    3-5 years proven background in agronomy with a focus on digital farming
•    Advanced computer skills, knowledge of IT, familiar with digital Ag Platforms
•    Marketing experience is an advantage
•    Strong project management skills
•    Experience in working in cross-functional teams
•    Excellent communication skills, analytical and structured mindset
•    Fluency in English and Hungarian
•    Driving license “B” category
