KWS Lochow Polska is looking in full time for a Project Manager (m/f/d) to one of our offices in Poland (Poznań or Kondratowice). The person on this position is expected to actively manage the company projects of the project team and our subcontractors for two legal units (KWS Polska and KWS Lochow Polska) considering company objectives, strategies and action plans and guidelines from KWS headquarters in Einbeck /Germany. 
 
Your responsibilities:

• Management of projects, project teams and project communications
• Creation of project plan and schedule necessary for their implementation
• Development, completion, and supervision of project documentation
• Monitoring project progress and reporting results to the Team and Management
• Identifying and resolving potential problems
• Making key decisions based on current work results
• Maintaining compliance with the project budget and schedule
• Participate and initiate remedial actions when project deadlines are threatened
• Liaising with internal (sales, marketing, logistics, product development) and external customers
• Creating structure of activities and project schedules
• Overseeing the progress of the project (documentation, budget, cooperation, deadlines)

Our Requirements:

• Work experience at project management level in a similar position
• Excellent / proven knowledge of the project management tools and their practical application
• University degree in agriculture, economics, or related field
• Knowledge of the agricultural industry will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and personal interaction skills for building relationships internally and externally
• Ability to work independently and as a team, proactivity, drive, and initiative
• Goal-oriented in execution of tasks with high level of commitment, flexibility, and stress resistance
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Polish
• Willingness to travel (approx.15%) on an national/international level
