KWS POLSKA Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Poznań, specializes in breeding new varieties and producing high-quality seed of many plant cultures. Our main products are corn, rapeseed, sugar beet and hybrid rye. Due to the company's continued growth, we are seeking a full-time person for the position of  Regional Feed Manager (m/f/d) Animal Nutrition Dairy to ensure consistent sales and revenue growth by building lasting relationships with dairy customers and providing them with valuable knowledge.

This is a primarily mobile job covering the Mazowieckie, Podlaskie and Warmian-Masurian provinces.

Main tasks:

• Organizing and supervising the introduction of KWS products into feeds
• Active support of the marketing team and sales team
• Coordination of projects at local and international level
• Providing technical support to the emerging team of regional KWS nutrition advisors
• Building the company's image as a business partner in the cattle sector by implementing and adapting key practices from other KWS markets to Polish conditions 
• Effectively managing the operational budget 

 
Requirements:

• Agricultural or related education (in the field of animal nutrition)
• Residence in accordance with the above mentioned provinces or neighboring counties
• Several years of experience in a similar position (experience in team leadership welcome)
• Competent knowledge of cattle nutrition and knowledge of the market in the mentioned area
• Basic knowledge of cultivation / plant breeding
• Organizational and teamwork skills, availability and commitment
• Communicative knowledge of Polish and English
• Driving license cat "B "+ "E"
