KWS UK Ltd. is looking for a talent to join our breeding station for a 15-Month Agricultural Placement starting from July 2023 to September 2024. This opportunity will be based in Thriplow near Cambridge.

Your student placement experience will be varied, interesting and intensive, giving you the opportunity to work across a wide range of crops.

 

You can expect us to:

  • Help you maximise your opportunity to learn and develop
  • Provide a bespoke, extensive training programme, which may include industry qualifications such as NPTC Pesticide application courses.
  • Train you in the use of a range of agricultural machinery and equipment
  • Give you the opportunity to gain an insight into a successful plant breeding company

 

You will:

  • Be studying for an agriculture/plant breeding related degree in the UK
  • Have enthusiasm and interest in agriculture, preferably plant breeding

  • Be committed to learning, the placement and most of all, our success
  • Be a flexible team player
  • Hold a full driving license
