As part of our ONEGLOBE initiative, KWS Berlin GmbH is looking for a Working Student Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d) fluent in German and English in Berlin. This exciting job is a temporary 6 up to 24 months working student contract. 

Your tasks:

• You are in charge of clearing customer payments, performing accounts receivable related payments and clarifying discrepancies with customers.
• You will have constant contact with customers, sales and logistic, credit management and colleagues in other financial departments.
• Moreover, you will participate in preparing the monthly and quarterly closings for the whole KWS Group.
• You assist in creating ageing reports and dunning procedures.
• You execute all activities in compliance to rules, guidelines and procedures of KWS.

Your profile:

• Bachelor degree in progress in either Business administration or Finance.
• General understanding of financial processes.
• Professional level of communication skills to be able to communicate in a proper and formal way with external as well as internal clients.
• German language skills must be at a fluent level.
• Good English language.
• Good organizational as well as prioritizing skills and accountability.
• Experience in finance is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
