You will work independently on the continuous development of our customer base and actively contribute to the sales strategy of the innovative KWS products. This is your responsibility with the role:

• You will be responsible for providing expert agronomic advice and support for KWS products.
• You are the first point of contact for the latest KWS varieties and innovative digital offers
• You maintain existing customer relationships with creativity and commitment. With your convincing manner, you win new customers and thus steadily expand the market position
• You work intensively with farmers, biogas operators, the agricultural trade and opinion leaders
• You actively contribute to the marketing and product strategy
• You organize and look after established trial locations and present the latest genetics from KWS with great enthusiasm

Contribute your strengths:

• You have experience in plant cultivation and combine this with commercial skills
• You are a passionate consultant & salesperson m/f/d and enjoy active customer contact
• You convince with your confident appearance and are very communicative
• In addition, you love independent work and personal responsibility, are creative and can organize yourself very well
• You have an apprenticeship or professional experience in the field of agriculture or a degree in agricultural sciences
• Career starters are offered the opportunity to gain initial experience and develop further in an innovative local company
