Looking for hands-on learning experience in marketing and sales? Consider joining our team as Working Student Marketing and Sales Training Material Development in the Corn Business Unit of KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA. In this role, you'll work alongside the Sales Academy owner and team members from Product and Agroservice across various Business Units. This position will enhance your skills in project coordination and management, information tracking, and teamwork. Additionally, it will be your chance to support learners acquire the knowledge and skills they need to thrive as sales representatives. It's an excellent opportunity to start out with the fundamentals of training and development within a corporate environment. 

We are looking forward to your start with us as soon as possible at our Headquarters in Einbeck (Lower Saxony). 


This awaits you: 

  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm, plan, consolidate and develop training materials. 
  • Create compelling written, visual, and multimedia content for presentations, e-learning modules, and manuals for the online platform.  
  • Assisting the Sales Academy team and supporting them with project coordination. 
  • Support the transfer and delivery of our Sales Academy training materials through various channels. 

 

Expectations from Candidates:  

  • You are a registered student in the field of marketing, communication, business economics, agronomy, or a comparable course of study for at least 6 more months.  
  • You are interested in Marketing, Sales and Agriculture 
  • You have good user knowledge of Microsoft Office products. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • You are a proactive team player with good organizational and time management skills. 
  • You have a good command of English (written and spoken) and basic command of German 
  • Agricultural knowledge is a plus
