KWS is looking for an Agroservice Manager for sugar beet in Belgium. As a cultivation advisor/Agroservice Manager you are an important partner for our customers, you have knowledge of the latest developments in the field of crop protection within KWS, and you support the sales team with your technical knowledge.
 

As an Agroservice Manager you are responsible for:

  • Providing high quality support to customers on newly developed and existing products, and resolving any issues (nematodes, cercospora and chitwoodi) or questions they may have.
  • Visiting customers to provide specialized advice on optimizing crop yields.
  • Gaining knowledge of the latest innovations from KWS by being an active part of the international Agroservice network and sharing this knowledge with colleagues and freelancers in Belgium.
  • Processing test field results in reports.
  • Sales support activities such as providing technical information to potential customers, demo days, and representing KWS at trade fairs in the region.

 

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree (HBO) in Agriculture/Agronomy/Bioengineering or a comparable education.
  • A first work experience in cultivation advice and crop protection, preferably experience with sugar beets.
  • A valid phyto license is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and good knowledge of English.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and (international) colleagues.
  • Experience in using a CRM (Salesforce) or the ability to learn this quickly.
  • The opportunity to work from home in Belgium and travel within the region to meet clients.
