At Pop Vriend Seeds / KWS Vegetables we have a very exciting vacancy: Customer Service Sales Specialist with focus on NAFTA (North America). In this role you actively communicate with our key accounts and will ensure that all orders are processed and delivered in time. With your convincing skills and pleasant communication, you manage to ensure that the customer orders that little extra and comes back next year with an even bigger order. Will you put a smile on everyone's face with your “Good morning”?

 

Your responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with our key accounts and the Account Managers to convert the forecast made into actual orders.
  • You drive influence for the commercial success of our customers within the NAFTA region (together with the Account Manager(s)).
  • You coordinate the shipment executions with the Logistics Specialist.
  • You ensure optimal cooperation with our customers by being in frequent contact with them.
  • You proactively communicate with the Planning department to ensure there is sufficient inventory.
  • You are in daily contact with the Product Managers to make sure the assortment is up to date and prices are correct.
  • You have your regular client portfolio, but welcome new clients and will do everything possible to make them a permanent part of our portfolio.
  • You will process all information in our CRM system.

Too seed the future, you've got the following skills:

  • You have a level 4 professional secondary education (MBO+) or bachelor (HBO) degree.
  • You preferably have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role with similar responsibilities.
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English & Dutch, speaking another language is a plus.
  • You are a team player, have a hands-on mentality and are entrepreneurial.
  • You are curious and always, together with your colleagues, finding new ways to improve.
  • You find it important to provide and maintain a high service level.
  • You are result and target driven and know how to keep an overview of all the tasks you have to perform.
  • You are interested in ICT and know how to master systems quickly. Knowledge of the ERP system “ABS” is a plus.
  • You are flexible and have no problem adapting your workday to the time zone of the customer.
