Marketing Specialist Customer Teams
Marketing Specialist Customer Teams
Andijk, NorthHolland, NL
Are you ready to turn strategy into storytelling and bold ideas into real impact? At KWS Vegetables, we’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who’s not just creative - but razor-sharp, driven, and ready to move markets.
You’ll team up with our global Customer Teams (spinach/chard, beans, red beet) to shape and roll out marketing strategies that cut through the noise, elevate our brand, and drive engagement - from the very first field demo to the final sale. And of course you want to get to know the interesting world of vegetables and seed breeding!
This role is based at our global HQ in Andijk (NL), but the influence of your work will go far beyond. You’ll create campaigns that connect with growers, energize the value chain, and spotlight what makes KWS Vegetables truly stand out.
This is your chance to own the story - and grow it globally.
Join us and be part of a team that values creativity, teamwork, and a proactive approach. Together, we'll explore the boundaries of what's possible in seed breeding and lead the way in sustainable practices. At KWS Vegetables, we are not here to follow, but to pioneer
Your responsibilities:
-
Co-develop, execute and optimize marketing campaigns and plannings in close collaboration with our Customer Teams and your international marketing colleagues in Spain and Italy.
-
Manage our global social media channels, shape email campaigns (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and create content and materials that connects - from promotional packs to LinkedIn.
-
Own the creative and logistical lead for PopFest: our global open field event hosted in Andijk.
-
Steer external agencies and support the execution of global campaigns locally.
-
Take the lead on internal communications for our Andijk site (intranet updates, event support, employer branding content).
-
To understand what our customers really need and to substantiate plans and presentations you join our account managers during visits and dig into relevant market and customer analysis
To seed your future, you've got the following skills:
-
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
-
3+ years of experience in a similar marketing or communication role, preferably in an international B2B context in agriculture or food
-
A sharp pen, a good sense of design, and strong digital skills (social, CRM, basic design tools) to take content and campaigns to a higher strategic and operational level.
-
You’re fluent in English and Dutch — both written and spoken.
-
A pleasant conversation partner for our distributors, who can operate independently with a sense of the relationship, the interests and how to operate within it.
-
Affinity with the agri, horti or fresh vegetable industry? That’s a big plus.
-
You live in the Netherlands and to ensure effective collaboration and implementation you will be present in Andijk 3 days a week
Reasons to develop your talents within KWS Vegetables:
-
You will be part of a fast-evolving, international company striving to become a leader in the vegetable seed industry.
-
Your working environment is very diverse and you will collaborate with a team of experienced gurus and fresh talents.
-
You’ll receive a competitive salary and attractive benefits package.
-
You get to work with fantastic colleagues and will be part of our Vegetable Squad.
