岗位名称：Agroservice Sugarbeet Specialist/Manager  农艺专员/农艺经理（甜菜）

职位描述：

• Project lead for developing a specific area of agroservice with close alignment with Expert International AgroService 
• Provision and processing of data and results for the positioning of traits, sales purposes and specialist advice on sugar beet
• Planning, coordination and evaluation of field trials on current and future topics in sugar beet cultivation
• Creation of consulting-relevant technical material for digital and analogue marketing materials and specialist lectures
• Strategic and creative orientation in the specialist area of sugarbeet with a view to future market developments
• Transfer of information and knowledge from international and domestic scientific source to the KWS stakeholders

职位地点: Beijing or other city in China 
 
岗位主要职责：

• Consolidation of all chinese sourced scientific information and creation of advice-relevant specialist content on all relevant beet pests and diseases, including mechanical, biological and chemical control options
• Calculation of economic scenarios in sugar beet cultivation. Visualization of costs and revenues over defined periods and contract models. Adaptation of the internal economic consulting models to the current financial framework of the sugar industry
• Planning, coordination and evaluation of field trials
  • Analysis of test results with regard to variety positioning or improvement of cultivation practices 
• Event planning
  • Planning and implementation of workshops, field days and trainings
  • Organization of sugarbeet activities in close collaboration with marketing 
• Writing specialist content for consulting brochures, videos and marketing materials
• Technical support and creation of argumentation guidelines for the regional market launch of new products in China 
• Development of argumentation aids as well as technical preparation and implementation of training courses for the KWS’s dealers
• Preparation and/or presentation of technical information at internal and external events

任职能力及经验要求：

• University degree Agricultural Science or comparable experience
• Business fluent in Chinese and fluent in English
• Knowledge of agricultural practice and the processing of technical topics in crop production
• High level of team and communication skills
• High internal and external customer orientation
