You can look forward to this:

  • An essential part of this exciting challenge is the implementation and optimization of our sales-oriented variety consulting directly at the customer's site in order to provide them with products and services tailored to their needs
  • You will ensure that our customers are informed and advised in the best possible way, for example during field days or lectures
  • The organisation and implementation of these events are also your responsibility
  • Professional customer relationship management also includes the maintenance of customer data in our CRM system, which enables you to manage customer relationships optimally
  • Furthermore, you will collect market data and prepare potential analyses for your region, which you will support

 

You bring that with you:

  • You have a degree in agricultural sciences with a focus on plant production or a comparable training
  • In addition, you have already gained initial professional experience in the agricultural sector, ideally in the field of sales or customer service
  • Your personality is characterized by a very communicative, open-minded and assertive manner, and you are also ambitious in your personal development

  • You also have a valid class B driving licence (BE and T are desirable) and regular business trips are compatible with your private life
  • You are familiar with MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and you are able to communicate with your German-speaking clientele at a level of business fluency (knowledge of English is an advantage for internal communication)
