What you can look forward to:  

• Organization and implementation of crossing and conversion programs in greenhouses  
• Implementation of line per se tests in observation rows and inbred line production in line quarters 
• Collection and interpretation of trial data and presentation of results  
• Organization of plant and seed exchanges with other teams  
• Documentation of results and processes for our quality management system  
• Competent professional guidance of seasonal workers
• Support of other teams of the hybrid breeding group 

Bring in your strengths:

• Completed training or studies in the agricultural sector, horticultural science or a related fields
• Knowledge and passion for crossing techniques, selection and plant breeding  are advantageous
• Independent working style, team spirit and a high sense of responsibility
• Good skills in common MS-Office applications and Driving licence class B
• Good written and spoken German as well as English skills
• Willingness to travel seasonally (up to 10%)
