Do you have experience in Finance and would like to join our Accounts Payable Team? 

For KWS Berlin GmbH, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d) in Berlin. The duration of the contract is 12 months, full time.

Your challenge:

• Timely booking and processing of incoming invoices and travel expenses, while following-up and resolving related issues
• Accurate clearings and reconciliation of accounts within the scope of Accounts Payable
• Appropriate ticket resolution in accordance with defined service level agreements (SLAs)
• Adequate communication with internal stakeholders, end-users, and external stakeholders
• Valid and up-to-date process documentation as well as identification of improvement areas
• Contribution to the automation efforts within Shared Service Center Accounts Payable and KWS at large
• Support projects and tasks as needed to gain efficiencies and contribute to a seamless End 2 End process

Bring in your strengths: 

• University degree (Bachelor / Master) or completed apprenticeship in accounting, business administration, economics, or comparable

• Prior experience in Accounts Payable and/or accounting 

• Working experience with an ERP system, in particular SAP (xFlow, ECC, S/4) is an advantage

• Good understanding of accounting practices, procedures and international financial reporting standards

• Organized, detailed oriented, and able to work in a structured manner

• Good communication skills and a cooperative working style

• Proficiency in English, German at least A2
