As part of our ONEGLOBE initiative, KWS Berlin GmbH is looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d) fluent in French and English in Berlin. Romanian or German language knowledge would be a plus. Your tasks:

• You are in charge of posting customer payments, performing accounts receivable related payments and clarifying discrepancies with customers.
• You will have constant contact with customers, sales and logistic, credit management and colleagues in other financial departments.
• Moreover, you will participate in preparing the monthly and quarterly closings for the whole KWS Group.
• You assist in creating ageing reports and dunning procedures.
• You execute all activities in compliance to rules, guidelines and procedures of KWS.

Your profile:

• You have successfully acquired anacademic degree, and preferably completed an apprenticeship, in Business Administration/Economics/Finance or similar.
• You have experience in the field of Finance – especially in Accounting. You had previous experience in creating reports and implementing them.
• Experience in working in an international Shared Service organization is an additional advantage.
• You can meet tight deadlines and manage high volume transactions with a high customer orientation and extraordinary service attitude.
• Due to time zone differences, you have a flexible approach to your core working times.
• You have strong communication skills, and a cooperative and good team mindset.
• You are fluent in French (ideally native level) and have excellent English skills. Romanian or German language knowledge is a plus
