Our Business Partner Finance Team is looking for a dedicated Business Partner Finance – DACH (m/f/d) to join our international Business Partner Finance team.
 
You will be the link between the business and the finance experts of accounting, treasury, taxes and audit. Primarily, you will provide knowledge-based and insight-related services from a functional perspective as well as high quality consulting to improve decision-making. 

Bring in your ideas and best practices and shape the role of being a Business Partner Finance on the job. Consult the managing directors of our KWS entities in the DACH region. Steer & create impact for all decisions in finance.
 
This is a permanent position and available in full-time. 
 
The starting date is as soon as possible. 
 
The place of work is at our Berlin-based site, KWS Berlin GmbH Berlin.
 
 
Your New Tasks & Projects:
 

• Being the first point of contact as well as an interface between finance expert functions and the business for knowledge-based activities
• Providing service and support to questions related to accounting, taxes, treasury, and audit
• Proactively consulting and working with the business in order to solve complex issues and to develop adequate solutions and strategies
• Moreover, you will support the business in the decision-making process with adequate information, reports and analytics
• Managing and supporting of improvement projects
• Ensuring that the definition and implementation of the functional KWS-wide strategy and regional/global strategic priorities
• Responsible for cash flow management, providing advice on managing FX risk, credit risk management and dividend planning
• Driving the focus on cash generation and improving net working capital
• Stands for finance Global Strategy in his/her region,
• Accountable and responsible to ensure accuracy and timeliness of the financial results as well as annual tax returns,
• Support the execution of audits (internal and external), as well as any tax related matters,
• Collaborating with Controlling colleagues to contribute towards the budgeting and planning process as well as P&L analysis

 
 
Your Skillset:
   

• Proven track record of several years of professional finance experience in an international environment (agribusiness preferable) or fundamental financial audit background or comparable
• Profound knowledge in Accounting, Financing, Credit Management and Taxes,
• Very good understanding of operational finance in particular of managing networking capital, investments and liquidity planning 
• Profound knowledge in IFRS and HGB; you dealt with operational tax matters
• Sound understanding of business partnering and have dealt with different cross-cultural stakeholders, e.g. as a business partner would be an advantage
• Keen on driving things forward and driving improvement
• Good user knowledge of SAP FI; other ERP systems and/ or SAP S4 Hana skills are an asset
• Finding solutions by using your analytical skills is one of your USPs as well as customer orientation
• You like to travel and build rapport with your stakeholders onsite
• Working with stakeholders from different cultures motivates you
• Keen on implementing global standards in finance
• In for challenges and are able to easily adapt to a changing work focus
• Excellent command of English and German (both written and spoken)
