As Expert Controlling Data and Demand Management (m/f/d) you will be the interface between the Global Controlling function and the Global Process IT Experts of the relevant IT function. You (m/f/d) ensure standardized and harmonized controlling processes in the IT landscape and drive improvements together with Controlling and the IT process experts. In doing so, you will collect, channel, evaluate, prioritize, and approve all IT-related requirements and change requests regarding applications in the controlling area with the help of the controlling process experts.

The position will be filled as soon as possible on a full-time basis.

The work location is at our HQ in Einbeck or at our Berlin location.
Your new projects & tasks:

  • Participation in the worldwide implementation of SAP S4 Hana for the SAP CO area.
  • Group-wide system standardization, harmonization, and improvement of controlling processes
  • Support of key users for the SAP CO module
  • Creation of concepts for development for the IT implementation for SAP-CO
  • Coordination of user requests from Controlling, first level support
  • Management of external service provider


Your profile:

  • Ideally, you have a degree in business informatics, finance and accounting, business administration or a similar course of study.
  • You have several years of proven professional experience in module support in SAP
  • You have a good basic knowledge of controlling and controlling processes
  • You have very good user skills in MS Office, especially MS PowerPoint; ideally you have knowledge of SAP FI / SAP CO
  • You have an affinity for IT topics
  • You have a very good grasp of complex issues and are able to present them in a comprehensible way
  • You are characterized by a structured, independent, and proactive way of working
  • You have a high degree of customer and service orientation
  • Your English skills are fluent in spoken and written; German skills are an advantage
