As an Employee Experience Expert (m/f/d) at KWS, you will take a leading role in the holistic design and continuous improvement of a unique employee experience across all phases of the employee lifecycle, based on our culture, values and corporate strategy. This is a permanent role. Your place of work is at our Berlin-based entity KWS Berlin GmbH

 

 

Your Responsibilities: 

 

  • Drive a unique employee experience at KWS, partnering with all HR teams to jointly develop, communicate and implement programs that promote positive workplace experiences at all touchpoints in an employee's lifecycle
  • Develop the process and content of the KWS Listening Framework in line with our corporate culture and leadership principles to gain relevant insights into employees' experiences and expectations 
  • Conduct regular (global) employee surveys / pulse checks in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external providers, target group-oriented communication, design and steering of the follow-up process
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for employee experience and create insightful reports with correlation analyses (incl. employee survey results and pulse checks) to review progress and propose measures for improvement to relevant stakeholders at different levels of the organization 
  • Manage and design HR communication to foster and embed the KWS culture and values and contribute to improving internal communication in collaboration with the communications team, also to ensure consistent and coherent messaging across the organization on employee related topics 
  • Close cooperation with various departments, such as IT Security, Compliance and Legal, as well as with employee representatives, to ensure the necessary (legal) framework for employee experience projects

 

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or master's degree in business administration, human resources or comparable 
  • Proven, extensive experience in developing and implementing strategies to improve employee experience / engagement / retention in organizations or in a management consultancy with an international scope 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex ideas and information to diverse audiences 
  • A high level of intercultural competence and empathy combined with a passion for fostering an inclusive environment in which our employees can grow 
  • Tech-savvy and strong in data analysis 
  • Proven knowledge and experience in project management, ideally with a global scope 
  • Challenges the status quo and embraces change with a can-do attitude  
  • Cooperative and team-working mindset, enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and experiences and empowering others
  • Excellent knowledge of both German and English
