Join our dynamic Global Finance Team as an Expert Finance Projects (m/f/d) in KWS Berlin GmbH, where you will play a pivotal role in driving key projects. In this critical position, you will leverage your expertise to facilitate, organize and execute strategic projects in finance. This job will be unlimited and full-time in Berlin.

Your tasks:

• Set up Project Management Office function within Global Finance
• Management and support strategic and operative finance projects (accounting, tax and treasury) and cross-functional collaboration with Controlling, IT, Global Transaction Center and Business Units
• Data quality management: data monitoring and ensuring high data quality within the finance function
• Facilitate improvements of finance related processes and procedures (driving change, standardization and digitalization)
• Provide internal trainings & presentations
• Supporting KWS Group’s financial closing and external audit

Your profile:

• Preferably, you have an academic degree with a focus on Finance & Accounting, another international finance and project management certificates is an advantage
• You have several years of experience in the field of Advisory and/or Finance/Accounting
• Proven experience in project management
• You already worked in a SAP environment or other ERP systems, as well as the MS Office applications
• Proven record in applying accounting principles and procedures in an international environment
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must, German as a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and resolve controversial matters
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, focusing on finding solutions collaboratively without imposing on others
