We are looking for an Expert Performance, Talent and Employee Development (m/f/d) with a focus on Performance Management. As an Expert you will join our Global HR-Team in Berlin. The position is unlimited and full-time.

With your expertise in Performance Management you will engage in the design and implementation of programs related to performance management, training and development, succession planning, career paths and other talent management areas suitable for the business needs and the KWS culture.


Your Tasks:

  • You support the definition of the KWS learning strategy and effectively partner with HR BPs and relevant key stakeholders to identify strategic learning needs and ensure that all global and regional learning solutions align to the business and HR strategies.
  • Across the organization you foster the adoption of a common learning architecture (including platforms, processes, and policies) and provide the tools to Business Partners for developing the KWS competency model throughout the entire organization.
  • You design and drive the implementation of talent management programs including performance management and succession planning for KWS.
  • You ensure continuity and proper fit of training and capability development initiatives to KWS culture.
  • For specific training needs you cooperate with external service providers like trainers, consultants or coaches and research the market on new performance and development trends for creating new programs in order to develop and retain KWS talent.



Your Profile:

  • You bring both a strategic and analytical work style combined with strong detail-orientation and you can maintain big picture perspective. You have excellent communication and presentation skills; interpersonal sensitivity and you maintain effectiveness and efficiency under pressure. You are a perfect match when you bring:
  • Preferably an academic degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Management and/or Psychology
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of personnel development,
  • Relevant experience in assessment, conception and implementation of performance management, succession planning and development concepts, in theory and practice
  • Prior experience in the implementation of learning management systems would be highly appreciated
  • Sound project management skills and a hands-on professional and reliable attitude
  • Experience in relevant IT systems (SAP Success Factors Talent Suite)
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), further languages would be beneficial (German, Spanish, French,…)
