This position engages in the design and implementation of programs related to performance management, training and development, succession planning, career paths in line with business needs. It also provides support to business partners globally for steering and promoting the company culture.

 

Your Tasks:

  • Define KWS´s learning strategy and effectively partner with HR BPs and relevant key stakeholders to identify strategic learning needs.
  • Ensure that all global and regional learning solutions align to the business and HR strategies.
  • Foster the adoption of a common learning architecture (including platforms, processes, and policies) across the organization and provide the tools to Business Partners for developing the KWS competency model company-wide.
  • Design and drive the implementation of talent management programs including performance management and succession planning for KWS.
  • Ensure continuity and proper fit of training and capability development initiatives to KWS culture.
  • Cooperate with external service providers like trainers, consultants or coaches and research the market on performance management trends for creating new programs in order to develop and retain KWS talent.

 

Your Profile:

  • Sound experience in conception and implementation of performance management, competency models and succession planning initiatives
  • Prior experience in the implementation of learning management systems would be highly appreciated
  • Strategic and analytical work style combined with strong detail-orientation while keeping a “big picture” perspective
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; interpersonal sensitivity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Master´s degree in Social Sciences, HR Management, Business Admin and/or Psychology
  • More than 5 years of professional experience in the field of people development 
  • Sound project management skills and a hands-on professional and reliable attitude 
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and integrational skills
  • Prior experience in HR consultancy is a plus
  • Excellent command of English, further languages would be beneficial (German/ Spanish/ French)
  • Experience in relevant IT systems (SAP SuccessFactors Talent Suite) is valued
