Well, guess what? KWS Berlin GmbH is looking for a full-time, permanent Functional Automation Lead HR (m/f/d) for our Berlin office. We need someone who's not afraid to challenge the status-quo, dive deep into HR processes, and proactively drive our automation initiatives. Make an impact:

  • Create a comprehensive automation strategy and roadmap aligned with the functional strategy goals and overall business objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through automation, optimizing the entire value chain, including screening the market for relevant technologies
  • Lead the implementation of automation solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and compliance with IT and automation governance.
  • Work closely with process owners, stakeholders, and central functions such as Global IT, Expert Hub HR Data & Systems, the Automation and Data Analytics Team and external partners to drive end-to-end automation solutions.
  • Offer training and support to colleagues on automation tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Implement monitoring mechanisms to track the performance of automated processes and generate regular reports on the impact of automation, including efficiency gains and cost savings.

 

Bring your strength:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and driving automation initiatives, preferably within a Shared Service Center environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows, with proficiency in HR systems and platforms such as SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
  • Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., MS Power Platform) and advanced skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong program and project management skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies.
  • Fluent English language skills.
