The workplace is located at our Berlin location - KWS Kontor in Berlin-Schöneberg.


Your tasks - challenge meets responsibility:

  • First point of contact and interface to the supervised departments in all knowledge-based HR topics
  • Proactive advice to executives to solve complex problems and develop appropriate solutions
  • Consulting and support regarding performance management, succession planning, career paths, development opportunities or conflict resolution
  • Support of the department during the personnel cost planning and forecasting process
  • Ensuring the implementation of the KWS-wide HR strategy and deriving strategic measures for the departments under supervision
  • Interface management between the Centers of Expertise and the Service Center
  • Participation in HR projects

Your profile - competence meets personality: 

  • academic degree in psychology, business administration (BWL), law or a comparable field of study
  • proven long-standing and relevant professional experience in HR and management support; ideally in a globally active company
  • Proven practical experience in general strategic personnel development as well as talent and performance management
  • High integrity and effective negotiation, problem and conflict resolution skills
  • very good communication skills with the right level of diplomacy and assertiveness
  • very good knowledge of individual and collective labour law; Proven experience in conducting works council negotiations for the conclusion of works agreements
  • Ability to analyze HR KPIs and derive appropriate measures from them
  • Very good user knowledge of MS Office programs, SAP and other relevant IT systems
  • Business fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English. Knowledge of Croatian and Serbian. Knowledge of Italian would also be good
  • Availablity for frequent travelling
