As part of our ONEGLOBE initiative we are looking for a HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for our local entities in UK and Benelux. From our Berlin office, you will act as a strategic partner to the business and your main goal will be the implementation and development of the global HR strategy at local level in our UK and Benelux locations in Thriplow, Sinaai, Nagele and Roosendaal. You will be focused on relationship management aimed towards developing a strong and sustainable workforce at KWS, while keeping track on local requirements to make sure that strategies, programs, and policies are compliant with local regulations. In addition you play a key role growing our different business units by keeping track of Recruiting activities and you will ensure the transparent communication and support regarding (local) training needs.

YOUR TASKS 

  • You are the "first point of contact" and interface between function and Business for knowledge-based activities
  • You will support the implementation and monitoring of functional and compliant KWS-wide HR policies and standards while keeping track on local requirements
  • You will provide counselling to employees, and support and challenge managers regarding performance management system, personnel cost planning and forecasting, succession planning, career paths, trainings, conflict resolutions, etc.
  • You take a critical role in finding, attracting, and developing the best talents for KWS 
  • You will be the first point of contact and interface between Expert Hubs HR, GTC HR and the business – making sure that you support the business in all decision-making processes by providing the appropriate information, reports, and analysis 
  • You will be part and / or lead projects to improve processes and workflows  

 

YOUR PROFILE 

  • Preferably you have an excellent academic degree in psychology, business administration, labor law or a comparable field of study
  • You have several years of HR professional experience in a globally operating company, focused on UK or on Benelux, and you can also draw on practical knowledge in project management 
  • You have professional experience in talent management, performance management, personnel cost planning, recruitment, and personal development
  • Furthermore, you can analyze HR key figures to develop goals from them and to advance decisive requirements with sound and economically efficient thinking
  • Your strong communication skills ensure the right level of diplomacy on the one hand and assertiveness on the other hand
  • You have user experience of all relevant IT systems such as Microsoft etc.; knowledge of SAP is desirable
  • You are fluent in English and travelling is your passion; Dutch is an advantage
