KWS Berlin GmbH is staffing for a newly-created Health Management Expert (m/f/d) position the holder of which, in close cooperation with the HSE department, will frame, steer, and drive the continous development of Global Health Management for the whole KWS Group and put appropriate measures in place for fostering the health, employability, and well-being of our employees. This position is located in Berlin, unlimited and in full-time.

 

Your Tasks:

  • Ensuring that KWS has a modern, holistic health management in place that is appropriately implemented
  • Designing, planning, and implementing health (counseling) services tailored to KWS in close coordination with the HSE and relevant (local) stakeholders
  • Monitoring and anticipating global trends and market developments in occupational health management and assessing their impact on KWS
  • Regularly analyzing and deriving of target group-oriented measures and leading its implementation in close cooperation with the HSE department and locally responsible parties like HRBPs
  • Handling interfaces and stakeholder management including delivery of workshops and presentations, and leading/contributing to health committees
  • Leading health management projects (of global scope or local projects with wider impact), advising on local projects and supporting their execution
  • Developing and using a health management dashboard with KPIs based on applicable regulations and reporting
  • Coordinating local health management practices in cooperation with the HSE department
  • Driving the further development of digitalization in the field of health management

 

Your Profile:

  • University degree in health sciences, public health, health promotion/pedagogy, social work, psychology or a comparable field of study
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in all areas of health management, preferably gained in a global organization
  • Solid IT skills and confidence to work with statistics and scientific studies
  • Experience in (international) project management and operational integration management ("Betriebliches Eingliederungsmanagement - BEM") 
  • Working knowledge on SBG IX ("Ninth Book of the Social Code" in Germany) and training in connection with or certification for ISO 45001 is a big plus.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, including the ability to present in front of diverse target audiences 
  • Ability to deal with conflict, mastering intercultural competence and a mix of assertiveness and diplomacy
  • Experience in dealing with employee representatives is advantageous.
