Internship in M&A (m/f/d)

KWS Berlin GmbH is looking for an Intern to cooperate in Mergers & Acquisitions. Sounds like this could be something for you? Then come aboard and gain experience and develop yourself further. The internship is to be filled in part or full-time for the period of 6 months starting as soon as possible.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Support in M&A transactions. 
• Support in modelling and analysis of integrated business plans. 
• Support in due diligence processes. 
• Preparing presentations and other materials, including information memorandum, management presentations and valuation presentations.  
• Conducting industry and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation analysis and financial modelling. 

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor or master studies in the field of corporate finance / banking / accounting or relevant area.
• You have a genuine interest in M&A, valuations, corporate finance, and legal aspects.
• You can thrive in a fast-paced environment and convince through organizational strength and an independent way of working.
• You have analytical skills.
• You have good experience in MS-Office.
• You communicate fluently in English (spoken and written). German is a plus.
