KWS Berlin GmbH is seeking a GTC Key User – Finance (f/m/d) for a full-time, permanent position. In this role, you will actively optimize our Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) systems and drive digital transformation – working closely with IT and cross-functional teams.

Your Key Responsibilities in this role:

• Further development and automation of P2P processes – from tool selection to implementation 
• Identification of optimization potential, implementation of smart workflows, and use of modern technologies such as RPA, OCR, and AI 
• Analysis of KPIs and derivation of concrete recommendations for action 
• Interface between GTC, Global IT, external service providers, and key users 
• Support for system testing during upgrades and involvement in the rollout of S/4HANA and other IT tools 
• Incident management and 2nd-level support 
• Translation of business requirements into technical system specifications 

Bring in your strengths: 

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field 
• Several years of experience in P2P environment (e.g., shared services, procurement, accounting) 
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) 
• Passion for digital tools, automation, and process optimization 
• Preferred: experience with Power BI, Hypatos, and electronic invoicing systems (e.g., xFlow, procurement platforms) 
• Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus 
• Strong communication and organizational skills 
• A solution-oriented and service-driven mindset
