Your responsibilities: Inspire, lead, and empower a team of around 20 employees to achieve their full potential in a trustful and collaborative environment. You will be supported by one team coordinator for Payroll and one for HR Admin. Team responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring correct and timely payroll for our German companies (employees and retirees).
  • Administration of the company pension scheme and other benefits
  • Administrative processing of all personnel measures from hiring to leaving/retirement, such as the creation of contracts and contract amendments, implementation of salary adjustments and bonus payments, creation of certificates and reference letters
  • Handling inquiries from employees and managers in our ticket system
  • Ensuring deliveries for annual and quarterly financial statements (e.g. HR accruals)
  • Ensuring internal controls and coordinating internal and external audits

Acting as a role model: Conduct disciplinary management activities and ensure proper staffing to maintain a high-performing team.

Quality Improvement: Steer via appropriate KPIs and derive measures to improve quality and increase efficiency. You will be leading the team by setting transparent and ambitious goals and providing the framework and conditions for a collaborative mindset and efficient end-to-end service delivery.

Clear and timely communication: It is essential for both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, fostering cross-functional collaboration and an efficient information flow between Global Functions, Global Transaction Center (GTC), and Business Units will be part of your responsibilities.

 

Your profile:

  • You are an experienced HR professional with strong leadership capabilities and sound knowledge in HR Admin & Payroll. Experience in a shared service environment would be beneficial. Confident appearance, good communication and conflict resolution skills complete your profile.
  • As a leader, you see your responsibility in inspiring your team and creating an environment where everyone has opportunities to learn and grow. Developing a high-performing team means for you to enable people to realize their full potential while staying motivated and healthy.

  • You are very good in German and English (written and spoken).
