This is a permanent, full-time position at our Berlin-based office.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Assessing automation opportunities (due diligence) and translate stakeholders’ requirements into designs and work through project lifecycle stages to develop, qualify and deliver sound process automation products 
  • Developing use cases together with Automation Leads and Process Owners and continuously expand the use of business process automation 
  • Developing governance, methodologies and processes necessary to ensure proper capturing of use cases and delivery of solutions from conception to service transition and daily support
  • Monitoring and managing the automation landscape to ensure adequate capacity and stability for daily operations and portfolio management
  • Building up automation capabilities within our GTC departments
  • Supporting our IT on topics related to the planning, conception, implementation and integration of applications in the field of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), intelligent automation and workflow integration

 

 

Your Profile: 

 

  • Master´s degree in business information systems, economics with a focus on computer science, information management systems or any other related subject
  • You possess project experience in the field of business process automation using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and comparable possibilities – such as VBA macros, scripting, screen scraping
  • Advanced user knowledge and experience with at least one common RPA solution provider - ideally Microsoft Power Platform
  • You are familiar with core corporate application - such as SAP ECC, S4 Hana, SuccessFactors and others
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning is an advantage
  • You have a sound knowledge of (IT) project management techniques, including agile working methods
  • You have in-depth knowledge and track record of continuous improvement using common methods and tools. Related certifications - eg. Lean Six Sigma, Project Management or Change Management are nice-to-have
  • Working with a highly motivated and international team is an environment where you thrive best
  • You have a very good command of English; German language skills are an asset
