We are looking for a receptionist (m/f/d) for our  KWS entity in Berlin. The receptionist will be the central point of contact for our employees, guests, internal and external customers and the face of the company. You enjoy working flexibly and coordinating yourself with your colleagues in order to ensure that our reception desk is staffed from 8 AM to 6 PM. The position is unlimited and in part-time and available as soon as possible.

 

Your tasks:

 

  • meet and greet all guests, visitors and customers.
  • providing information on various topics and contact persons.
  • preparing of meeting rooms and events.
  • answering emails.
  • answering phone calls.
  • administrative tasks.
  • ordering.
  • handling of small errands - e.g. mail, purchasing.
  • organization and coordination of catering for meetings.
  • ensuring order and cleanliness in our office. 
     

Your profile:

 

  • completion of commercial training.
  • proven work experience as a receptionist.
  • knowledge of KWS corporate values and acting according to them. 
  • very good user knowledge of MS Office.
  • friendly, customer service attitude.
  • professional attitude and appearance.
  • super-organised with high attention to detail.
  • excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and spoken.
  • very good command of English and German, both written and spoken.
