For the GTC Controlling team at KWS Berlin GmbH we are looking for a determined personality as Senior Associate Controlling (m/f/d). With your experience you will be the first point of contact for operational, technical and knowledge-based questions within the team. You will support and guide colleagues in the processes of the activities and share the responsibility for the continuous improvement and quality of the results. You will support the development of internal controls, and enjoy identifying root causes of issues and finding solutions. If you enjoy increasing the knowledge of your colleagues and being a contact person for tricky cases, we look forward to meeting you soon.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • You are the point of contact for operational, technical and knowledge issues within the team
  • You support, guide, and educate other colleagues in the operations of the activities
  • You shares knowledge of best practices
  • You are responsible fort he onboarding of systems
  • You identify improvements, standardization and/or digitization opportunities in operations and drive things forward by initiating process changes
  • You are responsible for continuous improvement and quality of deliverables
  • You support the development of internal controls
  • You identify root cause of issues and develops initial solutions; results oriented
  • You coordinate projects within the team
  • You support the development of KPIs

 

Your Profile:

  • Positive attitude and role modeling customer service behaviors and KWS principles and values.
  • Is approachable with a positive attitude, has the patience to listen, analyze and always thinks to the end
  • Is able to prioritize and communicate in a transparent manner that is effective and relevant to the target audience
  • Is motivated to proactively develop own competencies and skills
  • Understands the requirements at the interface with relevant stakeholders and can deliver results accordingly
  • Specific knowledge of tasks and experiences within the function, including internal quality controls
  • Proactively follows up on open issues, has very good time management skills - good organizational skills
  • Good knowledge and teaching skills related to systems and tools used in the team
  • Fluent in English and German a plus (both spoken and written).
