As our new Service & Performance Manager (m/f/d) you will lead efforts to enhance service quality, operational efficiency and performance across the Global Transaction Center (GTC).
In this key role you will optimize the service delivery, drive cross-functional collaboration and oversee impactful projects that align with organizational goals. Acting as a central point of contact for stakeholders you will be responsible to establish KPIs, ensuring operational excellence and helping to evolve our Global Transaction Center to a high-performing, agile service organization.
This is a permanent, full-time position.
Your place of work is at our Berlin-based KWS entity - KWS Berlin GmbH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Service Performance: Define and monitor KPIs to ensure transparency, measure service quality and drive operational improvements across the GTC
- Develop Service Delivery: Define our service management framework, share performance insights and align future initiatives with organizational priorities
- Ensure Service Excellence: Establish and maintain service standards, processes and workflows to deliver consistent, high-quality results
- Lead Strategic Projects: Manage and execute cross-functional projects to improve service delivery, efficiency and operational alignment with organizational goals
- Optimize Processes: Identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce complexity
- Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with our GTC Leadership Team and stakeholders to align resources, priorities and initiatives for seamless service delivery
- Foster Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancement, develop knowledge management and implement best practices and promote a culture of ongoing service and operational improvement
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s and / or Master's degree in business administration, operation management, or a related field
- Experience in relevant functional domains - such as Finance, HR, Controlling, Master Data Management and related core systems (e.g. SAP MM, FI/CO, SAP S4 HANA, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Several years of proven professional experience in service & performance management, leading operational teams and leading projects in a global shared services center
- Proven ability to define and monitor KPIs, improve processes and drive operational efficiency
- Track record of managing projects across multiple teams and departments
- Strong understanding of operational excellence, process improvement methodologies and project management tools
- Excellent command of English, additional language skills are an asset
