As a Working Student (m/f/d) IT - SAP Success Factors/HCM, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors modules within our organization. You will work within the IT department with close collaboration to the HR team to ensure the efficient operation of the system and provide technical assistance to end-users. 

 

This rolel is max. 20 hours per week and on a fixed contract for 6 months or longer.   

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide technical support: Assist HR users with system navigation, data entry, and troubleshooting issues related to SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning Management, and others as required.
  • Data maintenance: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the SAP SuccessFactors system by performing regular data checks, updates, and corrections.
  • User training: Create and deliver training materials and sessions to educate HR staff on the effective use of SAP SuccessFactors features and functionalities.
  • System testing: Participate in system testing activities to identify and resolve defects before go-live.
  • Assist with projects: Support HR-related projects that involve SAP SuccessFactors, such as system enhancements, data migrations, or process improvements.
  • Stay updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases, features, and best practices.

 

Qualifications:

  • You are enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., computer science, business administration, human resources)
  • Strong interest in HR technology and systems
  • Basic understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team   
  • Fluent English language skills
