Then join KWS as a Working Student S2P Risk & Sustainability (m/f/d) and support our team in advancing supplier sustainability, risk management, and due diligence initiatives across our global procurement organization.

The position is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract with approximately 20 hours per week during the semester. During semester breaks, there is an opportunity to increase working hours to up to 38 hours per week, subject to mutual agreement.

What you can expect:

• Support supplier risk and sustainability assessments
• Assist in supplier due diligence and ESG-related processes
• Help maintain risk dashboards, reports, and sustainability-related documentation
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting activities
• Contribute to process improvements and sustainability initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues from procurement, sustainability, compliance, legal, and other business functions
• Assist in preparing presentations, training materials, and internal communication
• Gain insights into international supply chain regulations and sustainable sourcing practices.

What we are looking for:

• Enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Law, or a related field, with at least two semesters of studies left
• You are currently Based in Berlin or Brandenberg (around Berlin)
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interest in sustainability, ESG, procurement, or supply chain management Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Fluent English; German is an advantage
