To support our growing Accounts Payable team, we are looking for a motivated Working Student (20h/week) who is eager to gain practical experience in finance operations within an international environment. You will work closely with AP professionals and contribute to daily operations, process improvements, and digitalization initiatives while developing valuable business and SAP expertise.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the processing and monitoring of incoming invoices and related AP transactions.
• Assist in the follow-up of invoice approvals and resolution of invoice exceptions.
• Assist in the execution and monitoring of payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments while supporting the overall end-to-end Accounts Payable cycle.
• Help manage and resolve requests and inquiries through the ticketing system.
• Contribute to process improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Procurement, Master Data Management, Finance, and Business Units.
• Support the creation and maintenance of process documentation and training materials.

Your Profile

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Interest in Finance, Shared Services, Source-to-Pay, or Accounts Payable processes.
• Able to work onsite in our Berlin office.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French and German are considered an advantage.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, Jira, or any other automation tools is a plus.
