Your tasks:

• Working independently on administrative tasks (e.g. mail processing etc.) 
• Monitoring open topics and deadlines independently and proactively 
• Preparing meetings by creating agendas and talking points
• Preparation of presentations
• Composing correspondence and contacting other managers, employees and customers/clients
• Managing supervisor's schedule, scheduling meetings and making appointments
• Booking travel, including visas, transportation and accommodations.

Your profile: 

• Registered student in the field of economics, human resources, psychology, social science or comparable Interest in human resources preferred

• Self-organized and indepent

• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize 

• Effective communication and active listening skills 

• Solution-oriented, highly flexible and able to work under pressure 

• Honest, discrete and reliable working attitude 

• Forward-looking and cooperative mindset and Hands-on mentality 

• Fluent in English and German
