In this role, you will be at the heart of the action: out in the field, close to customers, understanding their real needs and offering tailored solutions from the KWS portfolio. You will be responsible for developing your assigned territory, identifying growth opportunities, and turning daily interactions into long-term partnerships.
The position offers autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to see the real impact of your work — season after season. At the same time, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and represent KWS values in every interaction with the market.
We offer a full-time, permanent employment contract.
Main Responsibilities :
- Manage and develop a portfolio of customers (farmers, distributors)
- Promote and sell company products in line with defined objectives
- Identify and acquire new customers
- Provide technical consultancy and after-sales support
- Maintain strong business relationships with distributors and monitor their activity
- Organize and coordinate demo plots (planning, monitoring, reporting)
- Participate in agricultural events, fairs, and promotional activities
- Prepare sales plans and report activity (including in CRM – Salesforce)
- Collaborate with internal teams and report to the Regional Sales Manager
Requirements:
- University degree (preferably in Agriculture or related field)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales
- Valid driver’s license (Category B)
- Willingness to travel frequently
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of the agricultural market and related products
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce – an advantage)
- English – intermediate level (nice to have)
