For us, the process does not stop once seed production is completed, because it is very important for us to advise our customers on our varieties and all aspects of growing them.


We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Representative, passionate about agribusiness, to contribute to the development of the KWS portfolio in Brăila County.


You will play a key role in building relationships with farmers and distributors, promoting KWS seeds and solutions, and providing specialized technical consultancy.


For this position, we offer a permanent, full-time employment contract.



Main Responsibilities :

 

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with farmers and distributors in the assigned area
  • Promote and sell the KWS product portfolio (all crops)
  • Conduct regular customer visits (minimum 2 visits/season/client) and identify new business opportunities
  • Provide post-sales technical support and agronomic consultancy
  • Acquire new customers and increase market share within the territory
  • Work closely with distributors and participate in training their agronomists
  • Manage demonstration plots and support the organization of field events
  • Participate in trade fairs, promotional events, and technical meetings
  • Plan your activity and consistently report results (Salesforce)
  • Actively collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and internal teams

 

Expertise

 

  • University degree (preferably in Agriculture or related fields)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (agricultural or similar field)
  • Solid knowledge of the market, products, and commercial processes
  • Valid Category B driving license
  • MS Office skills
  • Romanian – required; English – an advantage
