If you are looking for a new challenge in the agricultural field, then join KWS Seeds S.R.L. as a Sales Representative (m/f/d) for Mureș County. In this role, you will achieve sales targets by selling KWS hybrid seeds as a result of intensive customer visits, consulting and supporting KWS customers, and acting as an interface between the Regional Sales Director, partners, and end customers. You will also represent the company both internally and externally.
For this position, we offer a full-time, permanent employment contract.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implementing the commercial strategy within the assigned territory
- Developing and managing relationships with farmers, distributors, and other business partners
- Increasing sales volumes, profitability, and market share
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer network
- Professionally presenting the portfolio (products and solutions) and developing proposals tailored to customer needs
- Providing technical consultancy and post-sales support in cooperation with internal teams
- Managing and monitoring the activity of distributors in the territory
- Managing demonstration plots and reporting results to management
- Organizing and participating in commercial and demonstration events (field days, trade fairs, customer meetings)
- Planning activities and reporting performance in CRM (Salesforce)
- Market analysis and continuous market monitoring
Your Profile:
- University degree (Agriculture is an advantage)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural sector
- Solid knowledge of the agricultural market and sales processes
- Good PC skills (Microsoft Office)
- Valid Category B driving license
- Romanian – mandatory; English – an advantage

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical, well-organized, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Ability to act in the company’s best interest in daily activities
- Accustomed to acting independently within departmental responsibilities and thinking and acting autonomously
